At Ansomat we apply pick-to-light technology directly in production, assembly and kitting environments, where accuracy, traceability and operator guidance are critical.
Our light-guided solutions help operators pick the right part, at the right time, in the right sequence, without PLC programming and without complex IT infrastructure.
Pick-to-Light is a visual guidance system in which light modules, projections or wearables guide operators step-by-step through assembly and kitting processes.
Each pick action is validated digitally, ensuring:
Pick-to-light. Put-to-light.
Pick-to-light sensors use illuminated modules positioned at each storage location to direct operators to the correct parts. When an item is needed, the relevant indicator activates and typically displays the required pick quantity. These modules come in several variants, such as tactile confirmation buttons, traditional push mechanisms, and contact-free sensors that register hand movement inside the bin.
Features:
A projector highlights the exact picking location.
A 3D sensor validates that the operator’s hand entered the correct zone.
Advantages
Considerations
A lightweight wristband tracks every hand movement and validates each pick digitally.
How it works
Our uniqueness
Unlike traditional pick-to-light suppliers, Ansomat focuses on operator guidance in production, not warehousing. Our philosophy is that the operator remains the backbone of the factory and we need to give him the tools in order to do his job
No PLC Programming Required
Configure bin locations and workflows yourself using our intuitive configurator.
Multiple Picking Technologies in One Platform
Combine bin sensors, AR projection and wearable bracelets in a single solution.
More Than Picking, Complete Operator Guidance
Picking is only one element. Operators also receive instructions, context and validation directly on their workstation screens.
Seamless Integration with Production Tools
Step into the future of guided manufacturing.
