By combining digital work instructions, AR guidance, machine vision and process verification, the system ensures technicians always follow the correct repair procedure while maintaining complete process traceability.

  • End-of-Line Test: final validation before release.
  • The setup is designed for high-mix, low-volume operations.
  • 3 manual workcells operate with digital work instructions.
  • 2 stations use Machine Vision cameras for automated visual verification.
  • 1 station includes a controlled screw-driving tool to ensure correct fastening.

The repair process is organised across multiple workstations covering disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly and end-of-line validation while ensuring process consistency from start to finish.
